ADMISSION RULES
1. Admission is open to all regardless of caste, creed or religion.
2. The Principal is not bound to accept all or any particular application for admission.
3. Minimum age for admission of a child is 3 years to class nursery.
4. New students should be personally admitted by their Parents/Guardians who will be responsible for the fees of their child/ ward and other academic & disciplinary matters.
5. Admission application forms will be issued on a specific date /time period fixed by the school authorities.
6. Students who are to be admitted in class K.G. upwards will be issued an admission Test Card, and will have to sit for an admission test, on a date fixed by the school authorities. Students will be tested below the standard to which he/ she is seeking admission. An interview will follow after a written admission test.
7. Result of the admission test will be put up on the Notice Board.
8. Those candidates who have qualified in the admission test will have to come with their parents/guardians for admission to the school office.
The following are to deposited.
a) Three stamp size photos of the students and 2 photos for students availing school bus facility.
b) A photo of both parents/guardians is required at the time of admission.
c) Transfer Certificate of the students from the previous school, (Not applicable for Nursery students).
d) Character Certificate for students getting admitted in class V (five) upwards.
Admission fee & misc charges as applicable.
ADMISSION TO ISC
1. Admission to Class XI is totally at the discretion of the management of the school. Separate admission will have to be sought for this course.
2. It is open to all girls and boys who have completed I.C.S.E from this school. They should have good character certificate. Students of other schools may also apply.
3. Application forms duly filled in are to be submitted with Progress reports of Class IX & X on the date notified
4. There will be no refund of money for those students taking admission.
WITHDRAWAL PROCESS AND RULES
1. Before a pupil is withdrawn from the school, a full calendar months notice must be given in writing and all the fee for the remaining part of the session has to be paid.
2. Transfer Certificate will be obtained on payment of Rs. 200/- only. A transfer certificate will be withheld if fees are due or if library book clearance is not made.
3. A student may be expelled from the school for habitual absence or misconduct.
4. If the fees for three consecutive months is not paid the name of the defaulter may be struck off the roll.
5. If any un-authorized absence exceeds 30 calendar days, the defaulter’s name will be struck off the rolls and considered withdrawn.
